Kickboxing and strength Training

Every class at Ignited Fitness combines the cardio power of kickboxing with muscle-building strength training for a full-body, results-driven experience. 

Build and Burn classes are designed to go hand in hand: one focuses on strength, the other on stamina. Together, they create a complete fitness program where nothing gets left out.

Burn class title

Burn Classes- Cardio & Endurance

Fast-paced and high-energy, Burn classes combine kickboxing with lighter weight and higher rep resistance moves to improve endurance, torch calories, and leave you feeling unstoppable.

Build Classes- Strength & power

Designed for strength, Build classes blend kickboxing combos with moderate-weight, lower-rep strength training using dumbbells and bands. It’s all about muscle, control, and power without losing the fun of throwing punches.
