At Ignited Fitness, we offer high-energy kickboxing classes that incorporate strength training in every session. Our two formats — Build and Burn — are designed to work together as a complete full-body fitness program. Burn Classes focus on building endurance through high-energy kickboxing and resistance training, while Build Classes emphasize strength through resistance training and powerful bag rounds. Together, they deliver a balanced mix of power, performance, and fun!
Not at all! Our classes are completely beginner-friendly. Coaches demonstrate every movement and guide you through your first session so you feel confident and comfortable. There is always a coach on the mat in every class to ensure you’re using proper technique, having fun, and avoiding injury while getting the most out of your workout.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and a great attitude! We’ll provide gloves for you to borrow during your first class, and all sessions are done barefoot or in socks — no shoes needed. Just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun!
Each session is 50 minutes long. That time includes a dynamic warm-up, multiple rounds of kickboxing and strength training sets, and a guided cool-down — perfectly structured for great results and busy schedules.
Yes! We use the 3D Styku body scanner to visualize changes in weight, muscle mass, and even posture. In addition, our Impact Wrap punch-tracking technology counts every strike on the bag and measures the power behind each one — helping you see your strength, endurance, and overall progress improve over time. We believe that seeing real, tangible results is one of the biggest motivators to keep going strong.
We primarily focus on group fitness to keep our classes high-energy and community-driven. However, small group and private training options can be available based on demand and scheduling. Speak with the front desk for more details.

Yes! We host a new challenge or fun fitness event every month to help make staying committed to your fitness program exciting and rewarding. From themed workouts to seasonal challenges, there’s always something fresh happening at Ignited Fitness. We also organize member outings and community events to build friendships and keep our community connected beyond the mat.
Challenges are open to both members and non-members. You can sign up online or at the front desk — spots fill up fast, so keep an eye on your email and our social media pages.
Yes! Members earn a $50 credit for every friend they refer who joins on a membership. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping our community grow! In addition, some of our monthly challenges and events offer special rewards like discounts on gear or memberships — so there are always fun ways to stay engaged and be rewarded for your effort.
Yes! All members can gift a referred friend a free week pass as a bonus. You can easily send them the link through the Momence app under the “Refer & Earn” button. Please remind your friend to arrive at least 30 minutes early for their first class so we can give them the best experience possible and ensure they’re fully ready to jump in and have fun!

We offer two monthly membership options — Unlimited Classes at $179/month and 8x per month at $159/month. Each gives you access to our high-energy kickboxing and strength classes.
In addition, we offer flexible class packs for those who prefer a pay-as-you-go option: a 10-Class Pack for $259 and a 20-Class Pack for $389. These are perfect for busy schedules or anyone who wants flexibility without a monthly commitment.

All monthly memberships are month-to-month with a simple 30-day cancellation notice. You’ll always know what to expect, and there are no hidden fees. Class packs have a set expiration date (3 months for the 10 class pack and 6 months for the 20 class pack)
Yes! We offer discounts on memberships to Students, Nurses, Teachers and First Responders. We also offer discounts on memberships with our local corporate partners.

Absolutely. You can place your account on hold for up to three months for just $25 per month instead of your regular dues. This is great for vacations, medical breaks, or busy seasons.
Yes! First-time visitors get a free first visit and can try three additional classes for just $50.
Drop-in classes after the initial trial period are $30/class.
We require a 30-day notice for all cancellations. During that time, your final payment is processed, and you’ll still have access to classes for that full month.
