Ignited fitness is a motivating, full body work out, including weight training, resistance bands, kickboxing, stretching, warm up, cool down. Truly a most welcoming, supportive environment! But it is even more than that, Ignited is a community of all ages, sizes, shapes and varieties of friends coming together with a common goal of fitness. The enthusiasm is infectious!

I cant say enough great things about ignited fitness! The coaches make consistency easy and we all know how hard consistency can be. Even when I feel like I'm dragging or don't want to show up, I 100% feel better every time I do! Being able to enjoy my workout and have it fly by is awesome! The workouts include so much variation and they become the best addiction!

Everyone here was very warm and welcoming. Amanda was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and made sure there was no confusion. Terra was also very nice and helped me sign everything up, and high fived me a couple times when I put the gloves on the desk. The locker room is very clean, the place also smells like the soap in my grandmother's bathroom and I love that soap, so bonus points for that. Will definitely consider buying another membership after my 20 days.

I have been a member of this club for six years and still love the energy I feel when I walk in. The coaches are inspiring, energetic and make the workouts fun! We are all very social but when it’s time to get down to business everybody is all in! I can’t say enough about this place. I have seen a lot of trainers come and go and I have to say, I don’t know what Jamie’s secret sauce is, but it translates through all of them. I haven’t met a trainer yet who hasn’t pushed while making the experience fun. Great place to workout!!!

Designed for strength, Build classes blend kickboxing combos with moderate-weight, lower-rep strength training using dumbbells and bands. It’s all about muscle, control, and power without losing the fun of throwing punches.
